Banks & Taylors re-opened the pub on 24th October 2005 and we immediately gained a loyal band of customers, we guess that Dunstable was thirsty for real ale!

We have been busy since this time and we have had seven beer festivals and are about to host our eighth from Thursday 22nd October through until Sunday 25th October 2009.

We are also very proud to have won the prestigious CAMRA Pub of the Year (South Beds) award in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 as well as being crowned CAMRA Bedfordshire Pub of the Year 2009 and subsequently nominated for the East Anglian Pub of the Year title in the same year.

We offer a wide range of Real Ale with 12 ales being available at all times as well as our wide range of Belgian and European beers such as Leffe and Hoegardden. You will also find a wide choice of Spirits, Single Malt Whiskey and wine. You can find out more on our Beer page.
